Philips employees are using video to share their stories and inspire others. Using BlueTube, an internal video media platform built on Kaltura, they are able to share their videos and ideas in a seamless fashion within the company. Through this sharing of ideas in such an intimate medium, like video, Philips has seen an overall improvement in internal communications within it's departments.
